To place an order, follow these simple steps:

- Refine Your Search: Use filters on the left side of the screen to narrow down your search by color, material, brand, or price range.
- Add to Cart: As you find items you want to purchase, add them to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping and add more items.
- Check Size and Apply Promo Code: Don't forget to check the size and, if you have a promo code, enter it during checkout to get any applicable discounts.
- Proceed to Checkout: Once your cart is ready, click "Checkout."
- Sign In or Create an Account: If you're not signed in, you'll need to create an account or sign in to continue.
- Review Your Order: Double-check your items and sizes. If you have a promo code, apply it here.
- Provide Shipping Information: Enter your shipping address and choose your preferred shipping method (standard or express).
- Add Comments: Include any special shipping or order instructions if needed.
- Select Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and complete the payment process.
- Agree to Terms: Read and agree to our terms of service.
- Place Your Order: Click "Next: Place Order" to finalize your purchase.
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email with your order number. This email will allow you to track your order.
- Payment Processing: After payment is confirmed, our team will process your purchase.
- Order Status: You'll receive an email confirming your order. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, if necessary) for order details and tracking information.
Please note that your order will only be accepted once payment is approved, the delivery address is verified, and the items are ready for shipment.
Currently, we accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash upon Delivery. Please note that all Cash upon Delivery orders in the UAE must be settled in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
If you wish to split an order into multiple addresses, then you need to place multiple orders and specify an address for each order.
