Eligibility
Membership in the Loyalty Program is free upon purchasing any value and available to any individual who:
(a) must be 18 years of age and above;
(b) provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling in the Loyalty Program;
Personal profile
All provided information by member must be valid, accurate, and kept up to date. Members can update their communication preferences at any time and are responsible for notifying the company of any changes to their address or contact details.
Use of information collected
The information a Member provides to the company when completing the Loyalty Program is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Statement. Communication of relevant/correct information is important to administering the Loyalty Program and providing each Member with the opportunity to maximize his benefits.
Loyalty program rules
By opening a Loyalty Program membership account ("Account" or "Loyalty Card"), or by using the card you are assigned to receive and redeem benefits of the Program, you agree that you have read and accept these Program Rules; and you have read and accept the Terms of Use which are incorporated herein; and you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by the Company, the Loyalty Program and licensees in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.
All Loyalty Program benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by the Company at any time without notice. Except as otherwise expressly prohibited or limited by applicable laws, Company may at any time amend, modify or supplement these Program Rules, the structure for earning awards ("Awards", and individually, an "Award") and Award levels at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points or the ability to obtain certain Awards (collectively "Program Rules Changes").
At the company’s sole discretion, the Company may choose to substitute a similar loyalty program for the Loyalty Program at any time immediately upon notice send to active Members.
Members are responsible for remaining acknowledged of the Program Rules and/or any Program Rule Changes. The company may terminate the Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, with one (1) month advance notice to all active Loyalty Members. Your continued participation in the Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of any such Program Rule Changes.
Card types
Our My Galeries Loyalty program has 3 card types:
(a) RED CARD: Customers will get enrolled as a Red Card member upon their first purchase post registration in Loyalty program. Earn 1 POINT for every 1 AED spent and redeem 100 = 1 AED. Earned points are valid for one year from date of transactions.
(b) GOLD CARD: Once a customer collects 20,000 points, they will be upgraded to Gold status. Members earn 2 Points for every 1 AED spent and can redeem 100 POINTS for 1 AED. Points are valid for one year from the date of the transaction.
(c) PLATINUM CARD: Once a customer collects 50,000 points, they will be upgraded to Platinum status. Members earn 3 Points for every 1 AED spent and can redeem 100 POINTS for 1 AED. Points are valid for one year from the date of the transaction.
Benefits of membership
Points can be earned by Members in connection with purchases of goods and/or services made through the Company - Galeries Lafayette Dubai, and Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet (whether online and/or from physical location) as defined per card type, regardless of method of payment, provided that the Loyalty Card is presented/entered at the time of purchase.
Gold and Platinum members enjoy free delivery across the United Arab Emirates with no minimum spends. For Red members, free delivery in Dubai is available for in-store purchases of at least AED 500. However, a nominal 50 AED delivery charge applies to orders below AED 500 delivered in Dubai. Additionally, a AED 50 delivery charge is applicable for deliveries outside of Dubai, regardless of the spend amount. Delivery for online orders is FREE for all members with no minimum purchase.

Promotion
Occasionally, members will receive offers, promotions or voucher depending on their card category. One of the benefits of being a Loyal Member is receiving prompt sales’ notifications, discounts and announcements.
Collection, redemption, and expiry
With every purchase, you’ll earn points that are valid for a full year! Our loyalty program is designed to reward you at every level. As a Red member, you’ll receive 1 point for every 1 AED you spend. Gold members enjoy even more benefits with 2 points for every 1 AED spent, while Platinum members receive our highest reward rate at 3 points per 1 AED. Please note, the amount for points does not include VAT. Redeeming your points is easy and rewarding—simply visit any of our stores, where 100 points can be redeemed for 1 AED towards your purchase. Exchange and refund
In the event of an exchange or refund, of any eligible purchase that initially earned points, such points will be deducted automatically from the Card Balance (whether or not the Loyalty Card is presented at the time of the transaction). Points will be deducted at the same rate as they were earned.
Adjustments
Member may request credits for points, in case they are not reflected in a member’s balance by contacting Customer Service and providing both the Loyalty Card number and the transaction date and ID.
Membership communications
Members will receive communications about the Loyalty Program via email, mobile, or WhatsApp, including service announcements and administrative messages, which are essential for your account. We may also send occasional promotions and offers.
To ensure you receive relevant content, please keep your mobile number and contact information up to date. You can unsubscribe from automated text messages at any time by updating your online account, contacting Customer Service, or clicking 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of any promotional message.
Duplicate accounts
Anyone can join our Loyalty Program, but members may not have duplicate accounts. If multiple Loyalty Cards are assigned to one individual, points will be credited to only one account, and any duplicate memberships will be cancelled.
Card/membership cancellation
Members are welcome to cancel their membership in the Loyalty Program at any time by sending an email to customer Service. Please be aware that upon cancellation, any unredeemed points, vouchers, redemption awards, and promotional awards, as well as achieved member status, will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated or transferred. Should you choose to reapply for membership in the future, please note that previously forfeited or expired points and rewards will not be restored to your account.
Cancelling or suspending by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel a member’s accumulated points, suspend Loyalty Program benefits, or close a member’s account at any time, effective immediately and without prior notice. These actions may be taken at the Company’s discretion for any reason deemed appropriate.
Program termination
Should the Loyalty Program be terminated, please note that any unredeemed points will expire, and we will be unable to honor any voucher, redemption, or promotional award claims after the notice period concludes. We appreciate your understanding.
