All personally identifiable information provided by you to us will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties without your prior consent. We may, however, disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Section 4 - Host
Our store is hosted on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Salesforce Commerce Cloud data storage, databases and the general Salesforce Commerce Cloud application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
Our platform employs the NUVEI payment gateway, ensuring the security of your credit card information. It is encrypted through a secure channel, and your purchase transaction data is retained solely for the duration required to complete the transaction.The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
Your acceptance of this agreement and submission of credit card data will constitute irrevocable authority to obtain authorization and/or payment on your credit card. In the event that your card is charged twice for the same transaction, a refund will be processed for the excess amount.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in all currencies, however our main currency is AED.
Section 5 - Third party services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
