E-commerce Delivery Options and Timeframes
We offer the following delivery methods:
(a) Standard Delivery UAE:
- For online orders exceeding 100 AED, exclusive of TAX , shipping is free of charge. Orders below 100 AED, exclusive of TAX, will include a flat shipping fee of 25 AED.
- For Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman, if the order is placed before 12 PM, delivery can occur on the same day. Generally, deliveries will take 1 to 2 days.
- For other UAE Cities:
- Within 1 to 5 working days, subject to item availability.
- Home decor items may take 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
(b) Express Delivery:
Online orders below 100 AED, exclusive of TAX, will include a flat delivery charge of 50 AED. Orders surpassing 100 AED, exclusive of TAX, will receive a flat delivery fee of 25 AED.
(c) Click and Collect:
- Pick up your order from our store within 72 hours.
- Orders will not be reserved beyond this timeframe.
(d) Worldwide Delivery: Available to all countries
After placing your order, our Customer Service team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm delivery details, including address, date, and time. Please note that during sale periods and promotions, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Prices and TAX
Website prices are exclusive of TAX. The applicable TAX will be clearly presented and added during the checkout process, depending on the selected delivery country. This approach ensures transparency in revealing the cost of your order. In the case of UAE, taxes are calculated at a rate of 5%.
Handling Time
Orders are typically dispatched within the same day or in the next couple of days and delivered within a maximum of 2-5 business days (outside of Dubai) from the date of the order.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. We take steps to ensure shipment delays are minimized during such times.
Carrier Service
Delivery is conducted either by a trusted third party or by our logistics team, ensuring careful handling of your items.
No Delivery Accepted
Parcels will not be delivered unless payment is made 100% through our online payment gateway or by immediate cash payment upon delivery.
Change of Shipping Address
You can change the shipping/delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched by contacting our customer service.
Cash Upon Delivery
For cash payment upon delivery, you can pay with either cash or credit/debit cards. Checks are not accepted, and the currency accepted for cash upon delivery is UAE Dirham.
Exchange or Refund
After your order is delivered, you can still request an exchange or refund, as per our 'Exchange and Refund' policy for details.
Click & Collect Delivery
You or a specified third party can pick up your Click and Collect order from the Customer Service Desk in the Galeries Lafayette store on the second floor of The Dubai Mall within 72 hours of placing the order.
(a) To collect your package, bring an original identity document (passport, identity card, driving license, or residence permit), as it will be requested at the Collect Space.
(b) If a third party picks up the parcel on your behalf, they must present their own ID and the order confirmation email and/or SMS.
We strive to make your Click and Collect experience as smooth as possible. Your order will be held in-store at our Customer Service Desk for 3 days if the order is unpaid and 14 days if the order is paid for and left unclaimed.
Domestic Delivery Refused
(a) If you do not accept the purchase due to a change of mind or dislike, you must accept the item and then request a return.
(b) Please refer to our 'Exchange and Refund' policy for additional details.
Worldwide Delivery (Upon Special Request):
- Shipping costs, taxes, and any other applicable charges will be calculated, and we will contact you to provide you with the total cost. If you agree with the provided cost, we will send you a payment link for your convenience.
- Once the payment is successfully processed, we will promptly dispatch your order to its intended destination.
