We reserve the right to limit or decline a cancellation.
You may cancel your order any time within 24 hours from date of order confirmation and/or while your order status is under "Order Accepted". In this case and if order is already paid, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the products in accordance with our below Cancellation Refund policy. No cancellation is accepted if order status is "Under Processing" or "Under Delivery". In this case, you need to receive the order and check the Exchange and Refund Policy.
Cancellation is subject to French Department Stores (LLC) review and approval before it is processed. Terms and conditions apply. Please note, the following information only applies to orders placed online. Products purchased elsewhere should be canceled directly in same place were originally ordered.
If you are interested in alternative products, please contact Customer Care team who will gladly assist you, by e-mail or by phone for further recommendation.
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched or you have been notified that it is available for collection, then you need to let us know by using any one of the options identified below:
(a) Click contact us and provide us with your order number.
(b) To send us a message request for order cancellation, simply sign in and go to ‘Orders History and details’ under your account.
b.1) Sign in to your Account. Then go to "MY ACCOUNT"
b.2) Click on "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS" linked to the order you need to cancel
b.3) Press on "DETAILS" to see your order details
b.4) Go to the end of the order page
b.5) In "Add Message" section, fill in your request and press "SEND"
(c) Send us an e-mail with your related order number to Customerservice.uae@galerieslafayette.ae
(d) You may also call us at +971 (0)4 339 9933 ext. 2100 during business hours.
Once your order is canceled you will receive a notification by email.
Refunds will only be processed after completing the process and the request has been approved. You will receive a full refund, if above consumer rights apply, excluding, where applicable, the delivery charges and/or cards handling fees
(a) Once cancelation request is received and accepted, refund will be processed.
(b) We will refund the value paid, by issuing a return voucher to be used for a future purchase.
(c) We will notify you once voucher has been generated/completed via e-mail.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information and prices, or cancel orders if any information in the product or service or on any related information on the website, is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice (even after you have submitted your order).
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order may be cancelled for various reasons:
(a) Item(s) not available
(b) Difficulty in processing your payment information
(c) Cannot ship to indicated address
(d) Duplicate order placed
(e) Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
(f) Upon customer request by phone
(a) In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made explaining the reason for the cancellation.
(b) We will contact you, in case all or any portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is required to accept your order.
(c) If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment card within seven days. However, some payment providers can take up to 14 days to credit your account.
We monitor the number of cancelations made by customers, and continuous cancelations will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or may lead to the closure of your account.
