Department Manager - Beauty Section

Job description

We are looking for a Department Manager in our Beauty Section (covering - Cosmetics/ Skincare Products, Niche and Commercial Perfumes) who would be responsible in outlining strategic departmental targets, ensuring highest level of quality is met, cultivating and fostering a productive working environment.

Responsibilities

(1) Managing departmental budget, conducts cycle counting inventories and forecasting budgetary requirements.

(2) Setting strategic long and short-term departmental goals and evaluating outcomes.

(3) Organize and maintain store merchandise according to planogram

(4) Motivating and inspiring staff and facilitating personal growth

(5) Ensuring adherence to company and industry regulations.

Requirements

(1) University degree or from internal promotion.

(2) 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position in a similar business (Cosmetics & Skin Care Products, Commercial and Niche Perfumes)

(3) Charismatic with excellent management skills.

(4) Good negotiator with strong mathematical and statistical aptitude

(5) Fluency in English (both written and oral communication)
