How it works?

Delivery options and timeframe

We offer the below delivery methods:

(a) Delivery to Dubai, orders placed by 12pm will be delivered the same day while orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next day;
Delivery to the other cities of the United Arab Emirates, orders placed by 12pm will be delivered the next day to 5 working days from the date of purchase, depending on the item and time slot availability - excluding Home department orders;

(b) An emergency gift? An irresistible desire? Choose express home delivery! Express Home Delivery to all cities within United Arab Emirates, within 24-48 hours. Service only provided upon request and additional charges apply.
(c) Click and Collect from our store, within 24-48 hours;
(d) Worldwide Delivery available to all countries within 30 days, service provided upon request with additional charges applied.

After we receive your order, and within 48 hours, our customer service will get in contact with you to confirm delivery address detail, delivery date and time.
Please note that during sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

Delivery fee

A delivery charge will be added to your purchase amount depending on the city of your shipping address. However, any purchase amount equal to or exceeding AED 500 will be delivered free of charge for delivery all over United Arab Emirates.

Handling time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 hour or between maximum 2-7 business days of date of order.
Our warehouse operates from Saturday to Sunday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Carrier service

Delivery is done either by a third party we trust or by our logistic team, thus will handled with care.

No delivery accepted

Parcels will not be delivered if payment is not 100% done through our online payment gateway or immediate cash payment upon delivery.
On occasion, we may refuse to deliver your order in case the shipping/delivery address is considered to be unsafe.
Change of Shipping Address. We are able to change the shipping/delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If such is needed please contact our customer service.

Cash upon delivery

For Cash Payment upon delivery it can be either:

(a) Cash;
(b) Credit/Debit cards.

Checks are not accepted. Currency accepted for cash upon delivery is UAE Dirham.

Exchange or refund

When your order is delivered you can still do an exchange or refund, please refer to our 'Exchange and Refund' policy for more details.


Your purchased items are insured against theft and accidental damage during the delivery.

Collect delivery – Click & Collect

You or a specified third party can pick up your Click and Collect order from Customer Service Desk in the Galeries Lafayette Store on the Second Floor of The Dubai Mall within 72 hours upon placing an order.

(a) To collect your package, remember to bring an original identity document (passport, identity card, driving license or residence permit), it will be requested from the Collect Space;
(b) If the parcel is picked up by a third party on your behalf, they will need to present their own ID and the order confirmation email and/or SMS.

We do our best to make your Click and Collect experience as smooth as possible. Your order will be held in-store at our Desk for 3 days if the order is unpaid and 14 days if the order is paid and left unclaimed.

Domestic Delivery Refused

(a) In case you do not accept the purchase, due to change of mind or dislike, you have to accept the item than do a 'return request'.
(b) Please refer to our 'Exchange and Refund' policy for additional details.

Worldwide Delivery (Upon Special Request)

Delivery to outside UAE is available upon special request.

(a) International orders may be processed within 30 business days from date order acknowledgment confirmation and 100% advance payment;
(b) Additional charges may apply depending on what items is and their value;
